South Dublin County Sports Partnership are organising free demonstrations of park exercise equipment in Tymon Park Wellington, Tymon Park North and Glendown Park throughout the month of October. All details are provided below.  What a great initiative, especially to be announced on Positive Aging Week 2015. As part of Positive Aging week, I held a town hall meeting yesterday on the topic of the elderly. As it was a great success, I will hold more meetings on the topic throughout the month of October, with the next one being on Friday, 16th of October, at the Templeogue Inn.

Garda Warning:  There has been a warning issued from Rathfarnham Garda Station that a number of thefts from cars that were not locked, at night, has taken place.
